Welcome to The Ibiza Bohemian, a retreat that will reflect the true flavour and lifestyle of the White Isle. An authentic experience combined with the asthanga tradition carried forward by Laruga and his long experience, and with the meditation and dance practices that we will explore together, with long-standing teachers who refer to Indo-Buddhist methods. Participating in this retreat will allow you to live a community experience considering not only the limited number of participants but also the design of the Villa which will allow each of YOU the right attention and the ideal space to grow.
The incredible energy of Ibiza activates a profound and magical transformative experience and invites you to rediscover the space within yourself and with the elements that surround you, to disconnect from the daily routine and go deeper into your very essence.
We have chosen the year such as Autumn in which the colours of the island change, in which Ayurveda encourages us to practice Yogah and Meditation and in a place that we will call home and which reflects the spirits of the Island and its inhabitants in a very central position to the main hidden gems of the island and away from the party scene.
THIS RETREAT IS DESIGNED FOR
Students who are familiar with the Mysore practice. Primary, Intermediate and Advanced A/B students are welcome to join the Retreat.
We have double rooms in the Villa so you need to be comfortable to share the space with other students. We have very comfy and super nice glamping tents, with triple accommodation!

A Shala that includes an outdoor area, a Sonos system and air conditioning/underfloor heating. A swimming pool and Balinese beds are on site.

DAILY ASHTANGA YOGA MYSORE STYLE FROM SUNDAY TO FRIDAY;
3 WORKSHOPS IN THE AFTERNOON WITH LARUGA;
“Ceremony of the senses” at Esvedra. A guided experience with sound and music.
Daily meditation, Indo-Tibetan tradition;
Closing ceremony with live music.
COMPLEMENTARY AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES
Visit the local community and markets famous around the world for their clothes and products; Walking tours and beach in the most hidden gems of the Island; Formentera daily trip, according to the weather and number of participants. Massages and many holistic treatments!!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
We start with dinner, and we close with breakfast. Accommodations, foods and snacks on site. Daily cleaning of the rooms/glamping tents. Use of the Shala. 6 days of practice and Laruga workshops. Daily meditation, opening and closing ceremony. Esvedra’s event.

Transportations, flights in and out, tours and Formentera daily trips. Mats and props can be rented in the Shala.

THE VILLA
THE VILLA is located in a very nice area in the Center North of the Island.
It’s composed of 1 Casita – for the teacher with a bedroom, + kitchen, kitchen table, sofa, private terrace, and private bathroom.
2 bedrooms in the main house – each room has 2 single beds, and each room has its own bathroom, shared kitchen and shared living room.
1 room with bath in the main house: 2 single beds with their bathroom with double shower and bath, shared kitchen and shared living room.
2 Glamping tents: 3 single beds in each tent, each tent has its shower and outside toilets.
We have a large kitchen and a large outdoor table and another indoor table so everyone can eat together.
A swimming pool and Balinese beds are on site.
A Shala that includes an outdoor area, a Sonos system and air conditioning/underfloor heating.
