Tourist Services Srl organizes and sells package tours/retreats as described since 1983 on the website

2. Legislative Sources
The sale of package tours is regulated by:
– Law 27/12/1977 no. 1084, which enforces the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV), Brussels, April 23, 1970
– The Tourism Code (Articles 32-51) and subsequent amendments

3. Bookings
Booking requests must be made via email. Acceptance is subject to availability. The booking is finalized and the contract is concluded when the Yoga retreat sends a confirmation email.

Yoga Retreat Rules: Deposits, Cancellations, and Travel Insurance

1. Deposit Policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot in the retreat.
  • This deposit must be paid within registration to confirm your participation.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in losing your spot and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • If you cancel your participation:
    • More than 30 days before the retreat: You will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
    • Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation by Organizer:
    • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
    • However, the organizer is not responsible for any travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants.

3. Travel Insurance:

  • All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any personal expenses or losses related to travel delays, cancellations, or medical emergencies.
  • Proof of travel insurance must be submitted before the retreat start date. Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the forfeiture of your spot in the retreat.

4. Responsibility and Liability:

  • The organizer is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property during the retreat.
  • Participants are responsible for their own well-being and should consult with a healthcare provider before attending the retreat to ensure they are fit for participation.
  • By registering for the retreat, participants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the organizer cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond their control.

5. Travel Arrangements:

  • Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.
  • It is highly recommended to book flexible travel options or purchase travel insurance that covers any changes or cancellations.
